    Steelwork

Ballistic steel is cut, formed and welded into the armoring cage. Joints and overlaps are executed exactly as designed, because that is where protection is decided.

  2. Sheet-metal working at the press brake in the TRASCO production
    02

    Sheet-metal working

Body panels, brackets and cover parts are produced and adapted in-house, so the armored vehicle keeps the lines and fit of the original body.

  3. Paint shop at TRASCO Bremen
    03

    Surface technology

Priming, painting, cavity sealing and corrosion protection in our own paint shop, followed by polishing and finishing to the quality of the base vehicle.

  4. Mechatronics workshop with wiring harness production at TRASCO
    04

    Mechatronics

Wiring harnesses, control units and electrical options are integrated and adapted to the armored vehicle, from sirens and intercom systems to multimedia installations.

  5. Suspension work on an armored sedan on the lift at TRASCO
    05

    Suspension modifications

Springs, dampers, stabilizers, brakes and wheels are matched to the added weight, so the armored vehicle keeps its driving stability and braking performance.

  6. Model making and prototype production at TRASCO
    06

    Model making

Templates, fixtures and prototype parts are built in-house, the link between the 3D design and the first physical part.

  7. Saddlery at TRASCO Bremen, sewing leather trim
    07

    Saddlery

Leather, headliners and trim parts are cut and sewn in our own saddlery, so the interior keeps the look and comfort of the base vehicle.

  8. Final assembly of armored components at TRASCO
    08

    Assembly
