Six crafts under one roof
Design, steelwork, saddlery, carpentry, paint and final assembly – every discipline works in-house in Bremen. Our specialists stay: on average, they have been with the company for more than 20 years.
Bodywork engineers
Body structure, extensions and armoring cage are engineered as one system – including chassis, brake and suspension upgrades.
Specialized steel workers
Ballistic steel is cut, formed and welded in-house – every overlap and joint follows the engineered protection concept.
Carpenters & interior builders
From partition walls to complete rear-compartment configurations – developed and built in our own workshops.
Leather workers
Our in-house saddlery finishes interiors to luxury standards – seats, panels and headliners, crafted by hand.
Painters
Complete paintwork in-house – from single vehicles to fleet finishes, indistinguishable from the series vehicle.

Bremen is one of Germany's major automotive locations – and the home of TRASCO. Every vehicle is developed, armored and finished here: from the 3D scan of the base vehicle to the final quality inspection.
The plant lies close to major seaports and an international airport. For four decades, TRASCO has delivered from here to clients on every continent – Antarctica is the only one still missing.
Engineering, steelwork, interior, paint and assembly work side by side, so every detail stays in our own hands. TRASCO is a vehicle manufacturer in its own right, registered with the German Federal Motor Transport Authority (KBA) and a member of the German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA).
Independent certification
Certified protection, from material to complete vehicle
TRASCO armors with certified ballistic materials – steel, composites, fibers and glass, each continuously researched and tested to determine the best solution for every protection level.
In addition, selected programs are certified as complete vehicles by independent German institutes: ballistic resistance at the official proof house, blast tests at accredited test centers and driveability by TÜV. Certification evidence accompanies every certified program.
