举报渠道
依据德国《举报人保护法》(Hinweisgeberschutzgesetz,HinSchG)设立的举报渠道。本页内容以英文撰写。
On 2 July 2023, the Whistleblower Protection Act (Hinweisgeberschutzgesetz, HinSchG) came into force in Germany, transposing the requirements of the EU Whistleblower Directive (Directive (EU) 2019/1937) into national law. We have established an internal reporting office with a reporting channel in accordance with the requirements of the HinSchG. This channel is available to our employees.
Reporting portal for employees
Employees of Trasco Bremen GmbH submit reports via the internal reporting portal. It lists the reporting officers and contains the reporting form; details about your person are voluntary. Access is password-protected, and employees receive the password internally. The portal is available in German.
External reports
External whistleblowers are kindly asked to use the postal channel:
Trasco Bremen GmbH
Hinweisgebermeldestelle
Zum Panrepel 24
28307 Bremen, Germany
All reports are treated confidentially. The identity of the reporting person is protected in accordance with the statutory requirements of the HinSchG.
External reporting offices
Whistleblowers can also contact the external reporting office of the Federal Government at the Federal Office of Justice (BfJ – Hinweisgeberstelle, in German), unless the reporting office at the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (Section 21 HinSchG) or the reporting office at the Federal Cartel Office (Section 22 HinSchG) is responsible.
Which reporting office is responsible for your report is explained on the website of the Federal Office of Justice under “Zuständigkeit der Meldestellen” (BfJ – responsibility of the reporting offices, in German).
