We are proud to announce that TRASCO Bremen GmbH and Volvo Car Corporation are cooperating in the heavy armoured vehicle business. Beginning 2019 Volvo Cars is expanding its product portfolio to include a heavy armoured vehicle in protection level VR8. The new Volvo XC90 VR8 is developed and manufactured by Trasco Bremen.

TRASCO Bremen provides the development of the whole armouring concept, suspension as well as all ballistic and road certifications.  Starting 2019 the vehicle is produced in series and available through Volvo Cars.
